We were asked to produce a promotional mailer to hold a tube of omega-9 oil. Then it grew to five tubes. One of the concepts the client liked was a pillow tote. On the surface this would look easy. We had to engineer an insert to hold five tubes, and then get it approved by both the post office and client. The post office insisted we develop a way to keep the tubes from leaking, even though the package was tightly shrink-wrapped. We researched zip lock bags to fit and found the perfect size. We now had to get that design approved by the post office first, and then our client. All of this had to be executed on a tight deadline. We made it and we took care of the mailing to help keep the wheels oiled, so to speak.
